What a cracking podcast! I’ve been looking for something like this for some time now, having taken the path to become a triathlete this year. I’ve lost 100lb, ran 2 marathons, 2 Ultra-marathons and this year, learnt to swim and completed my first tri-sprint, x2 olympic and my first 70.3 in September. I’ve now signed up for the full-distance IMUK and have been focused in my training since October, working on strength/conditioning, sleep, diet and nutrition and of course tweaking my approach to my 30-week training program (based around HR training and FINK) that starts 18Dec. I found your FB Page - Triathlon Cafe a few weeks ago and this week, found you podcast on HRV and found it very interesting as I’m looking into everything that can improve my race in July. I’m super focused, an engineer by design, a sound specialist, working in the media and film industry. Loved these guys, their research is cutting edge and your down to earth, relatable approach to your interviews. I’m going to work my way through all your podcasts, perfect length, short and sweet with a nice summary. Not too much waffle, a perfect podcast man. Well done and thank you. ps I’ve downloaded PodBean and Elite HRV (day 2). Here we go! 👌🏻
