Thank-you... I think ‘inspiring ‘ is an over user word .... but I did find Simon’s considered & common sense approach exactly that, inspiring & reassuring that the ‘buzz & drive’ can continue.

Really enjoyed Simon’s insight to his world of triathlon. To have discovered triathlon so late in his life and to still be cracking out exceptional performances and to sustain this is seriously inspirational for me, having only got fit and been active in sports these past 4yrs (I used to be 18st4 and I’m now 11st2 :) after my first triathlon season and my journey so far, Simon’s tips resonate with me including moderation (used to hate this word as I’m an all or nothing guy), sustainable lifestyle, slow and steady wins the race (of life!) and sleep/diet being very important. It’s amazing that we can listen to such inspirational people in the triathlon world and I cannot wait to listen to the next one. Keep up the great work Simon and congrats to Simon Butterworth for being such a legend within the world of triathlon. 👏🏻👏🏻
